To durably withstand the high demands in refineries of the chemical and petrochemical industries, all NIKKISO Non-seal canned motor pump models are certified in accordance with ATEX 2014/34/EU. With the additional implementation of the requirements of the ISO 2858, NIKKISO is now meeting the requirements of European plant operators for standardized and easily interchangeable pumps. The new series allows the replacement of existing standard centrifugal pumps with mechanical seals in order to increase the plant safety and reliability of the units without modifying the piping isometrics. NIKKISO Non-Seal pumps are also available in design according to API 685.
The four model sizes 25-160, 32-125, 40-200 and 50-200 have been available since January. They are characterized by a maximum drive power of 27.5 kW with a maximum flow rate of 80 m³/h and a maximum head of 90 m.
