The new owner will continue the branch office as a subsidiary under the name Pump Service AS. In the course of the takeover, all ongoing contracts and obligations of LEWA Nikkiso Norway AS with regard to customers and projects were transferred to Ellingsen. LEWA founded the Norwegian branch 11 years ago to better serve the Scandinavian market. In Norway alone, more than 1,000 LEWA pumps have been installed in the last 30 years. "The takeover by Ellingsen Systems AS is a strategic measure to grow together as cooperation partners in the Scandinavian market in the future," explained Adolf Grossmann, Regional Managing Director of LEWA. "Ellingsen is now the exclusive distributor for all LEWA products in Norway and the first contact person for our customers on site."
