Sundyne Ansimag sealless magnetically driven centrifugal pump

The sealless magnetically driven centrifugal pump Ansimag is simple in construction, but effective in use. All wetted parts are lined with ETFE. With the Ansimag pumps, it is possible to meter aggressive acids and solutions at temperatures up to 121 ° C. The Ansimag series meets the ASME / ANSI B73.3 standards for sealless magnetically driven centrifugal pumps. Flow rates up to 263 m3/h and heads up to 110 m are possible. Flanges in accordance with DIN EN and an ISO-compliant type are available.

Whether solvents, alcohols, plastics, biofuels or agrochemicals – with the Sundyne Ansimag pump series, all these fluids can be handled. Also applications such as wastewater treatment, acid transfer or metal stains are no problems for the pump.

The Sundyne Ansimag product line has a wide performance spectrum and is available in various standardized external dimensions. Thus, it is possible to replace existing pumps without changing the piping system and plant construction. Of course, the Ansimag series meets all current design and construction requirements.

Various performance characteristics

Within the Ansimag pump series, there are different pump types available – KMLF, K Plus, KF, KM and KP. With these types, a wide range of different process requirements can be met. There are many different pump types and sizes for a variety of applications. This also allows the replacement of existing pumps without changing the piping system or plant construction.

ETFE interior lining

Thanks to the selection of materials, the wear parts of the pumps are resistant to high wear and to almost all chemicals. The housing is produced from nodular cast iron and lined with ETFE fluoropolymers. This combination of materials ensures that the housing achieves the mechanical strength of a cast iron pump and the corrosion resistance of a non-metallic pump. This allows aggressive media such as acids and solutions to be processed at temperatures up to 121 °C.

Sealless design

Because of the sealless design of the Ansimag pump series, the magnetically driven centrifugal pumps are leakage- and emission-free as well as low-maintenance.

Fully supported shaft

The pumps of the Ansimag series feature one fully supported shaft at each end. These shafts prevent shaft deflection, even when flow rates are very low.

Non-metallic wetted parts

All wetted parts are made of non-metallic materials. Thus, a large range of corrosion agents and solvents can be treated safely.

Compliance with chemical standards

The Sundyne Ansimag sealless magnetically driven centrifugal pumps meet ASME and ANSI B73.3 standards (chemical process norms). An ISO-compliant type is also available. The Ansimag pumps set new global standards for magnetically driven centrifugal pumps.

Innovative design of the casing

The Ansimag pump series displays an innovative design. Because of the innovative rear casing, occurring foucault currents are reduced, so that both heat loss and power consumption are minimized.

Sundyne Ansimag centrifugal pump

Pump type KMLF Low Flow

The Ansimag KMLF Low Flow is ideal for corrosive or acidic applications with very small flow rates in the chemical, specialty chemical, and steel industries. The KMLF Low Flow achieves flow rates up to 9 m³/h at working pressures up to 10.3 bar and heads up to 52 m.

Pump type K Plus

The Ansimag K Plus is distinguished by the simplicity of its design as well as its high reliability and zero emissions. It achieves a maximum flow rate of 153 m3/h and heads up to 95 m. Handling fluid temperatures from -85 to 120 °C, the pump meters different media from ultrapure water to gasoline or to aggressive or water-polluting substances. The K Plus is ideal for most corrosive or acidic applications in the chemical, specialty chemical, and steel industries.

KF pump type

The KF Ansimag is ideal for most corrosive or acidic applications in the chemicals, special chemicals, steel and process industries. The KF achieves flow rates up to 9 m³/h, a head of 52 m and operating pressures up to 30 bar.

KM pump type

The Ansimag KM is ideal for most corrosive or acidic applications in the chemicals, special chemicals and steel industries. The KM can achieve flow rates up to 34 m³/h, a head of 43 m and operating pressures up to 10.3 bar.

Pump type KP

The Ansimag KP is ideal for most corrosive or acidic transfer services in the chemical, and specialty chemical industries. The pump achieves flow rates to 65 m³/h and heads up to 46 m possible.

With ASME / ANSI compliant dimensions, the Ansimag KV is ideal for corrosive or acidic applications in the chemical, specialty chemical, and steel industries. The KV pump achieves flow rates up to 74 m³/h and heads up to 99 m.
